We will see in the following the detailed installation procedure.
   * We work on Centos 7.X machine.
   * We use dedicated virtual host files on Apache; 
   * We create a database using //postgres// superuser account and then assign the database ownership to the user //wmanager//;
   * We run the installation scripts;
   * And we are ready to go.
